GUEST USER
An at-large person that is invited to participate in the management of an incident. A Guest User must have a smartphone with an active data subscription from their cellular carrier.

Intuitive interfaces to simplify the user experience on Android and Apple smartphones, and on the web. Communications are secured using industry-standard encryption techniques and Azure Government cloud.
